Sandy Relief Work this Sunday!

Needs Assessment Volunteers
Volunteers will assess the needs of the community in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Volunteers will go door to door with a survey and ask individuals and families what their greatest needs are. The information will then be used to provide better and more impactful services. Volunteers will be trained on sight and accompanied by a representative from Red Cross and Occupy Sandy. Regular volunteering is very welcome and needed for this ongoing effort.

Volunteers must be 18 and over and able to walk up 14 flights of stairs. Dress warm, buildings may have no heat and there will be time spent outside. Please bring a small flashlight if you have one, or one will be provided.
