His practice includes representing elected officials, candidates for public office, unions, partnerships and corporations in the areas of campaign finance, voting rights and public integrity investigations and prosecutions; it also includes representing individuals and organizations on a broad range of governmental matters.

Jerry has an impressive portfolio of publications and accolades including books, scholarly articles, and pieces for The New York Times. He has taught at numerous universities and often appears in the media as an election and campaign finance expert.

The staff and clients of Met Council are profoundly thankful for the countless hours Jerry has donated to us. He has shown exceptional commitment to the nonprofit community and has represented Met Council in many critical legal matters. The entire community is grateful for his efforts to protect the rights of nonprofit agencies.

UJA Federation of New York recognized Jerry for his outstanding work at their annual Volunteer Recognition Ceremony (pictured above). We hope these small tokens of appreciation demonstrates how thankful we are for all his aid!
